what kind of oil are you using and why are you using it ?

I was told to toss redline 10w 30 into the car. I havent heard anything bad about them ?

I was told you should be using at least a 10W oil because of the heat from the turbo, and by the time the oil hits the turbo it is almost like water ?

Mobil 1 has a very low Flash point. What this means is that the Stuff burns up a lot quicker.
Where as Redline has a higher Flash point and is less reistance to Caking Or burning.Also has more Moly in it.Moly is very slippery stuff
Works great on the higher heat turbo cars.
Mobil 1 is a good All motor oil Not too good for the turbo apps we have found.

I too have been using Mobil 1 synthetic since I bought the car. Will look at the red line product for the next oil change.
