You'll have to take one of those high speed pics you have and post it on here. I'm sure I won't have as good of luck with any pics I take...

Is there an installation video out there somewhere for the wind restrictor? I looked on youtube but I'm not seeing it. I wasn't able to locate one on the forum either.

Thanks

More specifically, I'd be curious about the different installation options. I've heard brake light installation that gets brighter when you break.

I'd really be curious about hooking them up to the interior lights. The interior lights will automatically become very bright when the lights are off, or duller when it is nighttime. In addition, you can control the level of brightness of the interior lights with the circular light adjuster doohickeywop knob.

Hooking them up that way would allow them to autoadjust to night vs. day and would also give me the ability to change the intensity. Is that the proposed install? If not, is that possible? Or... what are the capabilities of the proposed install?

Thanks

Very good question. I would think someone would have figured this out already if it were possible but maybe someone would give it a shot?

I only know about our BLM option. See below...

This option is a very nice option. It's a module that you can install in your console "waterfall compartment" or in your trunk on your rear panel. It has 2 knobs on it. After installed the first knob will control the Running light intensity to your product. You can use this knob as a dimmer knob to adjust the illumination while you are driving with your running lights on or headlights on. The other knob controls the brake light intensity to the product. You can adjust this knob if you want the product to illuminate when you apply pressure to your brakes.

With this option you can set the product for the following:

* Restrictor can be set to come on only with the head lights,
* Restrictor can be set to come on only with the brake lights,
* Restrictor can be set to produce a certain illumination while driving (like a mid-intensity) and then produce a brighter glow when you apply pressure to your brakes when you stop. Kind of like a 3rd brake light option.
* Also, this module will allow you to turn off product all together if you want. If you did not want it on for some reason, then you could turn both knobs down and then you'll just have the laser etching.

Finally, our new battery packs come with a built in battery pack (9V). So just flip the toggle switch and you can have the restrictor illuminate at the intensity you desire even when the car is off. (good for car shows). So this is a wonderful option that allows you to tap into your running lights and your brake lights simultaneously, and adjust each independently.

A wonderful value at only $99.00!

There may be other ways of accomplishing all of these features. We're found this is the most convenient.

Maybe I'll try the install that way... I don't remember buying the BLM model, and I don't see it listed on my receipt. So this might be an option.
