Just wanted you to know that I gave Ivy (DDM) some Potassium pills in case anyone gets over heated. Increasing Potassium will help and also decrease the leg cramps. Plus I gave her my med bag with band-aids and antibiotic creams etc. Just want to make sure everyone has fun and that you have stuff on hand just in case!!
