Wow, impressive.

That birds eye view of your ride looks dang cool and the before & after is spectacular !

Can you give some more details on the Super Charger ? Things like type, why this choice, cost, tune, problems, what fuel, driving experience ....... ?

Thanks

well...

This is what DDM was/is selling for NA cars. ( Rotrex Supercharger Kit for the 2.4L Solstice/Sky by DDMWorks ) It includes a tune. The tune is for 91 or 93 octane gasoline. The DDM website has all of the prices.
I drove to DDM because I felt more comfortable having "the guy" do the install, as
we all know it is difficult to find techs that know our cars.
As we all know, DDM has been doing Solstice stuff since "the beginning" ( 2005/2006 ).

So far, the car has get-up-and-go with none of the turbo lag.
I drove home from SC to NJ with no problems.
The car does like to 'go'...

At some point, I'll have to compare it to my mean/yellow coupe which has the GMPP parts & tune.

Way to go. DDM is the best. I felt the same way about going to DDM. It was worth the trip. I took my Coupe there a few months after I got it. Went to JPM as well. I was the last Sol that JPM worked on.

Mods: too many to list!

2007 GXP manual. Bought new Sept 2007
The Mean Machine
2009 GXP Coupe Auto # 526. Bought May 2016 - 1800 miles

Very, very nice. When you mentioned the SC I thought it may have been the MP62 that's rumored to return this year, but I see you went with the Rotrex. I'll bet the drive home was a lot of fun, and it must have felt like you were driving a totally different car.

Biltmore

On the way to DDM, I stopped off in the Asheville, NC area.
There was a visit to Biltmore.
We also saw a strange gift in one of the shops.

DDMWORKS will be coming to NASSAM 2018 in CO, and if their appearance at Lexington is any example they bring a pretty well equipped shop. I suggest you contact them in advance to see if they can have the parts you are interested in and the time to install them.

So now that you've driven it, what is your opinion on the Rotrex Supercharger?

well, instance acceleration for sure.
0-40mph is very improved.
But adding the GMPP parts & tune to a GXP, which is my mean/yellow coupe, seems to have an edge over the supercharged blue/deep NA coupe.
