Does UUI have enough oomph ?

Does the UUI radio USB port have enough oomph to charge a phone while the phone is being used ?

Well, in answer, no it doesn't. It might just about keep your phone level the same while it's running, but it's not a high current port.

That GM radio is widely available on the interweb / ebay. Was used on many cars and was available on the Kappas in model year 2009. Not sure but think it was only available for the later MY2009.

I'm actually thinking about replacing the head unit altogether. I have a 600 watt amp and 600 watt sub that I'm installing and the radio is just not strong enough.
