Replacement Decal for driver side inner fender

A couple of years ago, I got caught in a flash flood, and it lifted my decal, did not come off, but kind of flapped in the breeze.

Decided to have it redone, so I am having 20 of them made, if you want one, just let me know. What ever they cost me will be the cost. I should have 10 or so at the National, but if I need more can get them, and mailing them is no problem.

Seems to be hard to find and the square looks goofy with out the decal.

Let me know. Two have been spoken for so far.

When I was doing the Mallett, was told that the decal was not available, so decided not to mess with it on it. But the Skpel one still looks perfect, but no stickem on the back. Just having a few made as the cost for one is about the same for 20. Have to run enough to fill the vinyl. I should have a price on them later today.

Okay I have a total of ten. I would prefer to take them to the National and deliver to those there that need them for their cars. I can order more. He gave me the first ten, and seriously doubt more will be more than a couple of bucks each. And I was hoping to make a killing on them and pay for the gas to the National, just teasing.

I can mail them to you guys no problem, but won't be doing that until after I get back from the National. Remind me if I forget, I will have him make more if needed

Yes, but with out it, there is a square on the driver side fender that for me just looks like crap. Mine is quite modified, but I want it to look factory in every other aspect. Having all the correct decals/notices is part of that for me. They are not available thru GM any longer, according to my dealer. I tried to find one for my Mallett a couple of years ago, and gave up on that. Decided going to the National I wanted the square filled. That is about the end of the story. lol

If you are collecting the car or plan to keep it and think it will have value, ( I don't in my life time) these type of things are very important to collectors. And this is one that seems to be missing on a lot of cars.

Arrow Do you have my name on the list?

I've been away from the forum for a few days and it's good to see you are pleased with the decal project. It's late (almost Monday, 6/11) and this is a new thread. I'd like to get one to have as back up. It took forever to get one from GM last year but the parts guy at the Buick GMC dealership persevered and found it in the system. Please let me know. I won't be at the Nationals so USPS is fine if you are willing. Just let me know how you want to handle it if available.

Thanks,
Richard Snipes

Skersfan,

Just checking to be sure you still have my name on your list of decal seekers. If not, please add it in. Unfortunately I will not attend the nationals so will be looking to have the decal sent. Let me know when you get back. along with the final price and method of desired payment and I will get it done.

Thanks again,

Rick
