Saddlx Console Bag Installed in Coupe

Past by the Nationals today and had Chris ( in the drivers seat) and Salvatore install their Saddlx console cover in my Coupe. First off, they are a couple of great guys and owners of Kappas. We are lucky to have them making products for our cars. They have some great ideas in the development stage. I am thrilled with the look and the quality. Absolutely top notch. They matched the stitch colour nicely to go with my DDM / JPM centre console. One couple came by and looked in my ride and said “it looks like it came from the factory”. When people think something aftermarket is OEM that is the greatest compliment. It is of course removable. Everything I do to the Coupe has to be able to return it to stock ( yes I keep all the parts). One day I will sell her and the buyer can have what I have done or return it to stock. I think the day is coming as the mileage is so low 12,500 miles or 20,000 km.

I give Saddlx two big thumbs up for this mod. I could not be happier.

I sure did. They did a great job on the install. I will raise you one..... I really love my Saddlx!!!!! No more fumbling for my passport at the border. She will be in that trusty side pocket. It is also really handy to stick a bottle of water in each of the holsters at the bottom. Damn....it just works

I want to like these ... I really do. But either the photos don't do it justice, or it's just cheap looking for the price they want. Based on your review, I'd say photos don't do it justice?

I think the same. It looks cheap in photos.

I have to say that the SaddlX is made from a nice, realistic leatherish material... in the picture below you can compare it to an E-Bay saddle bag which is made from a shiny and fake looking leatherish material.

Photos do not do it justice. The leather is high quality. The pockets are really handy. Crossed the border today and whipped out my passport from the side pocket. I just did a 2 hour cruise and I stared at it quite a bit. I love it!!! I would not have “cheap” in either of my Sols. As most of you probably know my Mean roadster has lots of leatherwork by JPM. I never worried about moding it as so many roadsters were made. The Coupe however might be a collectable therefore anything as I mentioned earlier that I do to it must be reversible. For me this was the perfect option for my Coupe.
