I just got it two days ago. It has been so much fun to drive.

Looking great, perfect color ! Enjoy the ride.

Most people in these forums would refer to your car as a convertible or roadster, not as a coupe,

I see a really nice roadster, Jeff. Solstice coupes were first seen at the auto show circuit in 2008, and they went on sale in 2009. Roadsters (or Spyders) are two seaters that have limited cockpit weather protection and often feature a retractable roof that stows away completely hidden under the bodywork. A coupe has a fixed and sloping rear roof, similar to a fastback.

Congrats on the Solstice and enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend in it!

Driving and working on a Sly 2008 Solstice GXP 5spd 260/260, and the worst-built 2012 LS3 Camaro 1SS to escape from Oshawa.

Gone but not forgotten:
2007 Solstice GXP 5 speed 290/340

Stored and needing to part ways with a 1970 Skylark Custom convertible I have owned since 1989 and turned into a GS455 clone. 462 with 7/8 primary headers, adjustable roller rockers, TA Performance Stage 1 aluminum heads, auto, Chevy 12 bolt, 3.31:1. Sadly a project car now but a driver from '89 to '06.

2007 convertible (new to me)

I have put about 300 miles on her since I bought her. I have found a few issues that need to be worked on.
1. The brake needs to be fixed. It likes to roll even with the brake up.
2. Polish the headlights and get them clear.
I have driven her enough today that I am sunburned. 😎

Isn't that how all cars are designed?

I must be misunderstanding you.

He's saying the e-brake isn't working well
