Trans shifts

I was recently out on a short drive and noticed my (auto trans) was shifting hard as well as down shifting hard. My has about 57,000 miles own it and was in the D position. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Car is a 2007 model. It also had been setting for a couple of weeks. To my knowledge fluid has not been changed. Have not scene any puddles in garage floor.

Garage
Bad camshaft position sensors can cause hard downshifting. I don't know if they would affect upshifts. They are pretty easy for a DIYer to change and only cost $50-80 for the pair.
