What happened to my custom signature?

I had a signature all set up with the "User CP". I went in again to change something and it previewed correctly but now there is nothing there and I don't know how to get it back or set up a new one. What happened and what should I do? Now I just previewed this post and it's back. Hmmmm. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to evaluate what may have happened since the signature is now showing.

I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it!

Looks like it could be a db error but I can't verify unless I see it again
