The test for this problem only runs when the engine is started cold, and will not run if the fuel tank is completely full. In only 100 miles you may have only run the test once, so the original problem may not have been fixed. I think you should find out how they verified that they fixed it the first time.
Ok tyvm I am taking it in tomorrow. So will explain what is happening and what was done so maybe they can figure it out easier. If not will let them run there test and tell me for sure what it is and how much it will be to fix. I thank you Jonh for all your help and fast answers.
There was a P0466 code they fixed as the solenoid problem. So maybe they thought they fixed cause cleared that code.

They did smoke test today and said found nothing. So asked them to check purge valve do to they found nothing else. So I told them to just leave it as then. They can't figure out problem without costing me a butt load. I don't get good gas millage as is so guees it will stay that way.

Can I get to the purge canister through the trunk? Seen tread talking about this would not let me add or post on it. These are pics guy sent about it. But I don't think my trunk looks like that. Is it possible to cut into plastic in trunk in pictures and fix also what he wrote. Just thinking about replacing due to code in this post and there was no evap leak. So has to be purge level or contol valve or solenoid. Solenoid was repaced for P0466 think thats code. That code went away after he did now again have P0455 evap test done and was told no evap leak. He preformed smoke test and said there was no leaks. So what could it be since no leak in evap system and still have p0455. And yes replaced gas cap. Tyvm
