Ah, the little gray cells are thinking, solution...look in the archives for heated, turn signal, electrochromatic door mirror mod. https://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/...45/index4.html

Based on that thread and comparing my mirrors to that Solstice, I have the correct Sky mirrors as my mount is different. Whew...

I use hockey pucks. I had to order them on line since none of the sports equipment stores stock them here in Mobile. I drilled one for an eye bolt but that isn't necessary. They work fine with my jack that has a very flat lifting surface.

I ordered 4 hockey pucks off eBay and use them for pads.

Heads up - The first time I ever used one I heard a popping sound that I was convinced was the hockey puck splitting into thirty pieces. I quickly lowered the car and inspected the puck, only to find that it was just fine.

Does any one see any issue's with these rims other than there not BBS. The offset is 30 our stock i think is 55. I'm not sure if center rings are needed due to the hub hole. Thanks

Not sure this helps but when Kappasphere released wheels for our cars back in the day the wheel specs were:
Front 18X8 50 offset
Rears 18X9 52 offset

Front 19X8.5 45 offset
Rear 19X9.5 55 offset

The wheels were called Gravana J2 also known as Monarch 410. Most folks went with 245s on the front and 275s on the rear.

I made some out of wood with magnets, but hockey pucks would certainly be easier

I like the magnet idea, but i wood leave them on there....and they would be gone. on another note I bought some nos navy landing cable rubber thingys that would be perfect for this..wish i had bought more than 2 and have no idea where they are now.the guys sell them at swap meats for jack pads...about 1~$3 each. ( there used to keep the cable up off the flight deck so the tail hook can grab it.) Ill have to tell my brother to pick me up some more,he hits lotsa swap meets all over the place. they may even be on flebay now.
