This is our proposal for NASSAM 2022 for the consideration of the Kappa owners. If the community seems to be in favor of our proposal, the investigatory committee will start working on actively planning the event. Due to the summer tourism in the proposed location, we need to begin VERY soon so we can make sure and secure a hotel.
NASSAM has only been west of the Rockies three times - Las Vegas, Nevada (2008), Flagstaff, Arizona (2013), and Stevenson, Washington (2015, usually referred to as the Portland event), and it has never made it to the coast. After NASSAM 2020 in South Dakota and NASSAM 2021 in Michigan, let’s go to....

Cost - To be determined. However, for the first time, NASSAM will offer two types of registrations. The full registration will cover all NASSAM events including a name badge, goody bag including local activity books, event info pamphlet, run maps, runs, access to vendors, car care workshops, car show, meet & greet, and the closing banquet. In order to attend any of the Monday through Friday events, you will must have a full registration. A full registration will also include all weekend activities. A weekend pass will be available for attendees who only want to participate on the weekends before and/or after the primary events. The weekend pass will include a name badge, goody bag including local activity books, event info pamphlet, run maps, runs, access to vendors, and admission to social gatherings (drinks and meals not included).
Additional Costs - T-shirts, poster, silent and live auction items, other items to be determined. Also, attendees will be responsible for their own expenses on runs including entrance fees to parks and other attractions; tasting fees at wineries; and meals and drinks.
