DC Sports Brace For Sale

I picked up this brace (CSB2008) from a local, former Solstice owner. It was brand new and never installed (he got of the car before he could install it).
Unfortunately, although the DC sports website says it will fit a 2.4L, it will not. There are cooling lines that interfere with it.
Looking for $40 CDN. The item is new with scratches now that I have tried to get it to fit.
Regular price on this is $160+tax at tdotperformance.com.

If you have a 2L turbo, this would be a good, inexpensive addition.

I am in Burlington, Ontario and am willing to meet up (within reason).

Thanks.

I also have the same brace and thought it didn't fit. It does fit. You need to be creative and a little forceful, but it does fit. I wrote the company and they sent me some detailed information on getting it to fit. I doubt I still have it.

2006 Mysterious Black 2.4L Supercharged. Purchased March 2013.

It tucks between the rad fan and the engine. Bolts in using 3 screws that are already present on square tube rails.

Bobbob160,

Could you post pics of each side where the bar mounts? I can't get it to clear a curved hard tube line on the passenger side.
