We just picked up a 2007 GXP. I noticed it does not have the acoustic headliner like our 2008 has. Is this factory or could there have a replacement? The car has 19k miles and is mint with no accidents. I was thinking 2007 did not offer this or a possible defect on the original owner and the dealer replaced it with the wrong one?
In 06, it was only installed when OnStar was ordered. Could not get it separately.
Became a stand alone option in 07.
Not sure how it was offered after that.
I am not sure that is true, my 2006 has OnStar, and does not have the acoustic headliner installed, maybe it was optional with OnStar, or it was a midyear change? My car is fairly early made in November 2005.
Yea, it looks like it was an option on the GXP in 2007. I got a small wind leak on the passenger side window area. I will have to investigate that. Just some of the quirks between our two GXP’s.
