I agree. In fact, I had a set of Halibrand style wheels made for the car when I first built it. Unfortunately I got tired of them and sold them. Wish I had them back now!

astonishingly good job

Driving and working on a Sly 2008 Solstice GXP 5spd 260/260, and the worst-built 2012 LS3 Camaro 1SS to escape from Oshawa.

Gone but not forgotten:
2007 Solstice GXP 5 speed 290/340

Stored and needing to part ways with a 1970 Skylark Custom convertible I have owned since 1989 and turned into a GS455 clone. 462 with 7/8 primary headers, adjustable roller rockers, TA Performance Stage 1 aluminum heads, auto, Chevy 12 bolt, 3.31:1. Sadly a project car now but a driver from '89 to '06.

Norm's Fiberglass has 'em for about $4200 plus shipping/handling.

The coup build is really impressive, too bad your disrespectful reference to Speaker Pelosi is such a steaming pile of “Trump”. Should be in the Wild West where such political nonsense is permitted.

And you somehow think that this post is appropriate? If only more people would lead by example.

My post was in response to a crude and insulting political comment, which had no relevance to the discussion in this thread. I never initiate political slurs outside the Wild West, but I do not ignore such inappropriate comments either. Politics can ruin this forum. I hope my point has been made.
