Car was one of 750 test mules that were brought back to the factory and brought up to spec and sold through the GM Sema car program. Car was given to Rick Bottom Designs (a well known GM SEMA project car builder) and was shown in the Eclipse Audio booth at SEMA in 2007. The car was then sold to Bill Hahn Jr. at Hahn Racecraft where the car went on to be the test bed for turbo system development for the car and was the first solstice to break into the 12 second barrier in the quarter mile. In 2008 the car was sold to us and in 2009 was featured on the Television Show Bullrun with host Bill Goldberg. We placed 5th in the reality show and were invited to participate in the 2009 Bullrun Live Rally which was also filmed to TV which aired over seas. That year we blew the engine in the car on the Taladega Speedway doing 160MPH on the track and thus ended our run. After that unfortunate event, the car ended up back at Hahn Racecraft where the car was treated to a complete engine build up and completely new turbo system. Once back and running the car competed in the 2011 Bullrun and finished 15th out of 100 cars that participated in the event that went from Las Vegas to Miami Florida. In 2012 We suffered another setback as the timing chain came apart and caused some major engine damage. The car spent some time at Performance Auto Werks where Dave brought her back to life better than before.
