Hello I'm new here and I am adding an amp and speakers to my 2007 solstice.
Anybody have a great location?

If it matters I have a base solstice and manual gear box.


Any insite would be great.

I'm gonna add an amp in mine but the one I have is pretty big. I'm keeping the stock amp for the door speakers so if I cannot fit it behind the panel, I'm going to mount it in the trunk behind the license plate. the main thing is to keep it away from the top which takes up most of it.

Others have cut a square hole in the waterfall panel, so the top of a large amp can protrude through. Just as an idea

well, the one I have is a bit longer then that and my concern would be leg room. I'm failry tall and have my seat pushed back as far as it will go and I still could use more room. last thing I want to do is mess with that. however, I haven't felt back there with the seat back to see if there is enough room as the top of my seat hits the back first. I like that though. looks cool.
