I was just surfing throu the GM Canada website and it says (4-wheel vented disc), does this mean with the holes in them?

No, it means there are vents that go out radially between the inside and outside surfaces of the rotor.

The Canadian site is incorrect - only the front rotors are vented, the rears are solid. Absolutely correct and visually confirmed by... myself!
