Can anyone tell me the correct ARP head stud torque for an LE5? (I'm going back through everything following a recent overheat incident.)

Thanks. I saw that in the service manual, but the ARP "instructions" (such that they are) say 80. Also, I have an MLS head gasket, so I'm not sure how or if that affects things.

Yay.

PRELOAD (TORQUE) RECOMMEDATIONS
For ARP cyl. head stud kit: " Follow manufacturers recommended torque sequence tighten the nuts in three equal steps to 110 ft lbs." Info from ARP website for Pontiac 4-cylinder Iron Duke Head Stud Kit.
Not sure if this is what you need either?!
Yah I caught my mistake and got this info from ARP website.
Hope this one helps.

Thanks again - I don't think that's the stud set that I have, though. I got them from PWerks around a year and a half ago. I emailed Dave, but they're probably out for the weekend.

Quick follow-up (for when I inevitably find myself searching for this information in a year): Dave @ PWerks recommended 90 lbs, in three steps, using the factory bolt sequence. No leaks so far.
