I’m getting a diagnostic code B3951 for the right rear turn signal. I’m seeing this as the possible causes:
  • Faulty Right Rear Turn Signal
  • Right Rear Turn Signal harness is open or shorted
  • Right Rear Turn Signal circuit poor electrical connection
It could be the ground which it looks like is an issue with our solstices. Is there a specific ground to look at tied to the right rear signal? The stalk seems fine as the front right rear signal is working.

The bulb is super easy and cheap to replace, I’d start there

I had the connector go brittle and fail. It literally broke off in my hand.
I would start by following Billy's suggestion and looking at the light including testing the bulb and the connector.

Also its much less likely but if you have a windrestrictor installed by a pervious owner, its possible they tapped into that as the source and that may have caused an issue.
