Bad Week for Apprentice Product Placements?

Looks like the Solstice wasn't the only tie in to the APprentice to have a bad week. That crusie ship hit by the big wave may have been trying to get back to New York in a hurry for a shot on the show.

I am most surprised to learn that the GM Pontiac/Trump/Apprentice promotion last week was NOT successful? The initial response to purchasing the vehicle was quite positive (I thought).

That crusie ship hit by the big wave may have been trying to get back to New York in a hurry for a shot on the show.
I believe that the abovementioned ship was to make an appearance on April 17th (Sunday morning). It has also been reported that The Apprentice 4 commenced filming in New York on April 13th, if this is true, it would be more than likely that the ship was intended to be used for task in Series 4 of The Apprentice.
But a source close to the show told the Post that Norwegian paid Trump's producers a seven-figure sum for the ship to appear in the show, implying that the captain had been under pressure to return to port rather than steer away from the storm.

"In the event of a storm, it's normal for a cruise ship to sail away from it, even if that means they'll be delayed in coming back," a New York travel agent with clients on the cruise told the newspaper. "It's not uncommon to alter course in severe weather."
Wow!!!

Sounds like what happened to the captain of the Titanic...
