I was wondering if anyone out there knows what size wrench I will need (allen or torx) to get the brake calipers off and if a regular C-clamp will push the piston back in on my 2006? Thanks, Gary. Also is there a good spot at the front of the car for a jack stand to go?

I can't help you on the wrench size, but, as far as using a C-clamp to retract the pistons - this does not work on the rears. You need to rotate the pistons to retract. I believe that they are right hand thread so CCW to screw in.

Here is a link to the sticky for jacking instructions: http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/f12/solstice-jack-lifting-points-19139/
Be sure to put a block of wood or something to keep the lifting arm of the jack away from the rocker panels, otherwise, serious damage can result!

Good luck!
