My Cover keeps blowing off.I bought bunges the other day where do I attach them to under body.Cover is a Budge MFG.

Generally the recommended method is to run the tie under the car from side to side. Alternatively you can run a single bungie on each side, hook it between the two frame slots. One in front of the doors and one in front of the rear wheels.
