Welcome to the forum.
Is your existing console cover broken? They have a known failure mode with rear to front cracking down the centerline due to insufficient support. Repeated heavy useage will generatea crack at the rear that propogates forward. The fix is of two parts. Replacing the cover - which has been done under the bumper to bumper warranty on many cases - and providing support under the replacement cover to prevent future cracking. Its covered in threads on this forum.
You can find replacement console covers at any GM parts source, like crate engine depot (call and ask for Tom) or gm parts direct .com or gm parts giant .com
