Me2 - Sebring GT

Gave my car to a charity a little while ago. Was supposed to pick up truck. Realizied I disliked the truck. Bought sebring last friday.

I consider myself fairly rational!? Why do have this overwhelming urge to convert thousands of my hard earned dollars to thousands of pounds of metal and plastic, that will rust and depreciate in my garage? :confused

I guess that means you won't be waiting for the Crossfire convertable?

Hopefully, GM is on the road to developing a diverse stable of cars as desirable as Chysler/Benz. Have to admit, I was looking hard at both the SR4 (turbo Neon) and Turbo PT Cruiser.

The Convertible Is Already Out....but They Were All Top Of The Line Models So They Were In The 40,000 A Little Out Of My Range....plus I Still Plan On Getting The Solstice When It Comes Out So I Dont Need Two Convertibles

Congrats on picking up the Crossfire! They are really nice cars overall. I find the interior is a little difficult for me to get into, but I still like them. Your going to have a lot of fun with that car, and I don't blame you for getting tired of waiting. I am sure many of us are dying right now trying to wait out the next year plus before we see Solstices on the roads and can get one of our very own! Its a long time!!

Enjoy your new ride!! :cheers

What color did you get? I love the deep red they come in. I gotta go check those out. I know I won't buy one, too much money and I'm not super crazy about the rear end styling, but they are intriguing. I'm sure you'll have a great time with it, but don't give up on the Solstice! :cheers

i know how you feel, i actually considered the crossfire, but it was a little out of my reach for now, and i don't want to lease because i put on soo many miles during a year, so i opted for the Saturn Ion Redline, and have to say that i am satisfied.

how is the auto transmission in the crossfire? does it shift smooth? have you been able to hammer on it yet? if so, does it put you back in the seat?

The crossfires an awesome car! Congrats..I just took my moms 77 year old boyfriend to the dealership last month to look at the 300C and he walked out with his first 2 seater ever...

A white Crossfire for zero down 330 a month for 39 months..12K miles per year.

I drove the car and I love it.

I wish you the best and a very smart move.

They have fairly high rebates on the '04's not just because the '05's are hitting lots, but they cut the MSRP of the '05's by a few grand too. So those '04's have been dropped to the price of the '05's to begin with, and then have had more incentives piled on to move them out as the '05's come in. Great deals are availablem and its great to see a few people here taking advantage!
