Drove some of my favorite motorcycle roads, and found some new ones. My wife enjoyed the passenger seat of the Solstice. Man, can this car hold the curves! The one thing I need to get used to is left curves. The pillar definitely gets in my way. I am used to no blind spots on the motorcycles.

Here are some pics from our weekend.

We stopped at Fort Loudon Historic State Park. The fort was impressive and the museum was worth the stop.

We also drove the Cherohala Skyway

We were on many of the same roads last weekend with the High Country Cruise event. Absolutely beautiful scenery and fantastic roads!

Nice. Three days and I bet you had plenty of everything, right? (Of course, you're used to saddle bags as you said.)

As for the curves - I echoed someone else's comments on the forum about the car cornering "like it's on rails". I demonstrated a couple for my wife. A week later she was driving and said "You know, I never used to think that curves could be fun."

High country? So that would be 6500 feet and up?
