to the NE Ohio group- as promised

8 oz crab...crumbled
8 oz chopped and drained spinach
couple of tbspn of mayo
1 heaping tsp of garlic
season with pepper dried mustard -Old Bay spices Worcestershire & Tabasco to taste

take crescent rolls in pairs...crimp them together and lightly roll them out to about 4 x 6 inches...biddger if you wish (makes the dough rise less)

spoon in crab mix and fill the center to the ends about half an inch thick
roll over once and crimp the ends...roll back over and crimp along the length to make sure you have a good seal

Put on greased cookie sheet
preheat oven to 375

when ready ...cook for about 20 minutes or until browned to perfection

serve with tartar sauce and a bottle of white wine

enjoy

it is not off topic........

At the run yesterday I mentioned I was going home to cook
and several people asked for the recipe....

consider it a form of Solstice tailgating (vicariously)

JEN

my wife is the best critic
when she has seconds I know i did good
last night after bowling I came home hungry - but they were all gone

just a note...you can add shredded provolone or swiss or mozz to the recipe if you like

The wine was a California Sauvignon Blanc
you'll have to visit my locale and check out my wine cellar some day.
