To get a used radio to work you need a Tech2 or equivalent diagnostic scanner.

Neither of these radios have USB.

NO factory radio has Bluetooth. The Bluetooth application that came with the 2009+ cars was hosted in the ONStar VCIM, and only supported voice calls (not music).
