Tried to find the owner and I couldn't but wanted to let all it is alive and well somewhere in western PA.

We have made up some business cards with our regional group name & web address on them. They are lovingly placed on Kappa's that we come across while out and about! Hopefully it piques the owners interest into contacting us if they are interested and want to try doing a cruise!!
But, seeing another Coupe and it not being at a Kappa Meet, is pretty amazing! Congrats!
I've only ever seen other Coupes at the Meets.

When I attended a Pontiac car show about a month ago with the coupe, three others were already there (all coupes). Of course the show organizers had us in the last row at the back of the show so hardly anyone seen or walked over to look. Have only seen a coupe in public once, three years ago. Heck, rarely see vert Kappa's now so in five to ten years may only be seeing them at Kappa gatherings.

When I had my red Coupe, I saw three other coupes on the road...all the exact same red. No, they were not the same car. One was a GXP, the others NA, with different state tags.

Go figure.

I live on a large island (about 700 kms long). I have spotted a white coupe twice now. Unsure if it is a gxp or na. Very mysterious really. I travel the major highway all day, every day and have only seen it twice. I am betting it is from the mainland. I would love to know if it is owned by someone on the island.

You need to get off the island and come out for a rally with us. We just did the Fraser Canyon. Had a blast.

I keep telling him... I think he almost did the Regionals in Penticton a couple years ago. Maybe we'll get him to Seattle next year or Nationals in Portland in 2015...

Other than you guys at shows I've never seen another coupe. although one lives in an adjacent municipality to me. We never had many in BC - best I could work out maybe 12 to 15 for the whole province (which may not sound big, but it is more than 1/3 larger than Texas). With the privacy laws now there is no way to track down current owners by VIN to see if they want to participate in club events.

Whenever I go to a car show with my coupe, people tell me it is the only coupe they have ever seen. The only other one I have ever seen except for kappa meets is Jeff 465's white NA coupe. And I saw Mr. Joyce's cool coupe at the Joyce (Pontiac) dealership (where I got mine) once.

Heh, I live in SoCal and I haven't seen any in person and I drive two of the major freeways every day; plenty of 'verts, just no coupes.

I just bought a used cool coupe from Florida and live in Lorain, Ohio. I have the soft top installed for the summer and plan to put the coupe up for the Ohio winter. I love my coupe. Maybe I will see you on the road or at a car show in future.

I will watch for you Lar - there is another cool coupe in the area, owned by Mr. Joyce of Joyce Buick GMC (formerly Joyce Pontiac), where I got my car. I have only seen it at the dealership, but he has a soft top too! I do not have one - I take the roof off about once a summer, have not had it off this year yet. That is not why I bought the coupe!
