I can add some pictures if you want them. They work perfectly. The wiring harness is chopped up of course, but all the wires you need are there.

Yes, for non-monsoon headunits only I believe. Here is the usermanual for GMOS-03:

I was using it on my 06 non-monsoon with no onstar. It was purchased from Crutchfield ($130). Probably received the brackets from my local bestbuy, as they did the install. I originally had a double din receiver installed, but later changed it to a single din receiver, which is why I have both included.

It does not include the interface for the steering wheel buttons. I have one or two of those somewhere but didn't find them on a brief search.
