There is a gap in the timeline. Did you buy it from BAT or…?
Either way Congrats!
LVs Sol is a beautiful car and as far as i know the only Sol to have an aftermarket part associated with it
LV's sale of his car and the parts led me to some memorable conversations with him. He lives 'down the road" here in Florida. I need to give him a call and check in. I have his shocks to go on my car when I feel like tackling the never ending list of shelf mods, provided the car and I continue to keep on. LV contributed to the history of the Solstice, DDM and this forum. I place him among the top Dhyana Kappa Masters.
HH, if we'd known each other then, I would gladly have assisted you in the purchase on this coast. The car was well worth the effort, as you know. And yes, a bit more history would be nice rather than something materializing out of the ether.

Appreciate that Richard. The only thing that held me back was “red”.
i live to look at and admire other cars that are red but i would be Asking for trouble driving one myself
Car timeline to the best of my knowledge. Lv bought and built it. Sold it on E-bay. 1st buyer later put it on Bring a trailer where it sold for 17,500. That buyer kept it for 6/7 months and relisted it on bring a trailer where I bought it. Once it gets to my house it will sit until the snow melts and then become my daily driver during the summer months. I drive my stuff and it will take turns with my T-Rex and my Cobra replica. I drove a Viper for 3 years but the clutch went out and couldn't find parts for it. If anyone is still in contact with Lv, I would love to have him get ahold of me and discuss his old baby....

If you'd like, PM me your contact info and I'll give LV a call and see if he is interested. You never know until you ask. It's a good reason for me to check in and see if we' re both still here. It's been awhile.

LV developed/invented a front engine brace that fits between the engine frame rails. DDMWorks has been selling it for years. This basically replaced another engine brace version that was installed over the top of the engine.
Interesting. Can't wait to get it home and take a look at it in person. I have never owned a turbo car before. Everything in the toy/car catagory has been v8, and one v10.

I had a 01 Viper for 3 years. Bought it with a salvage title with 7k on it and used it as a daily driver until the clutch went out. Sold it last spring when the prices were completely nuts.(high)LV's car is its replacement. My wife drives a 07 Solstice and I like her car, just not the power that the 2.4 puts out.
