That isn't the PCV valve. On the LNF, the PCV is inside the intake.

True, there is one in the intake - which leaves to debate as what to call this one. GM labels it as: "TUBE PCV". In my opinion it's basically one of two valves. This is the valve that plugs up and causes blowby in the intake - there are many threads about it.

I thought that was a check valve for blow back. or to keep oil from getting sucked in the turbo line
