I read a few threads trying to find a answer to this, 2008 GXP, 32k miles, automatic

Running operating temp: 200*f (205* if i stay stopped at a light for a long time)

Issue:
- Will not blow hot air at all regardless of what temp you have it set to, at first, it would blow cold air when set all the way to the left, than one click to the right it would go full heat. Well that didn't last long, the next day it stopped heat all together regardless of dial position

What I've tried:
- Franticly move dial left to right like a mad man trying to get some heat: FAILED
- Did the recalibration process 3x: Failed
- Checked every single HVAC fuse/relay: all good

Im at a lost now on what to try next, i have a spare HVAC control panel I'm going to try and swap in later today, do a recalibration for it and see if it works. Anyone else have any ideas?

There is a post from long ago with a tech bulletin to add a resister to address this condition. Small Dealer posted it.

Might have to try that than. When i get home I'm swapping in the other control panel, if that fails, guess I'm going to hunt down a a resister locally

Sounds like the control knob, especially since you mention it was either all cold or all hot depending on knob position. The contacts wear out and that happens.
