Any idea why my horn would go off randomly, like when I put the car in reverse, or when I'm just driving down the street?

You could have a defective horn or an electric intermittent short in the wires.

Possible BCM issue

I was hoping this wouldn't be the case, but the horn circuit runs through the BCM... When BCMs give up the ghost, lots of weird electrical gremlins pop up.

Another thing that causes weird electrical phenomena is a battery that's going south. Do you still have the original battery in the car?

2k makes good points re: battery and BCM. Car have an anti-theft/alarm system on it?
