Ok, the frustration is starting to take hold. I missed the first 1,000 order by minutes so that gives you an idea how long my order has been outstanding. VIN 1352 was built months ago and apparently has shipped but my dealer has no clue other than they have been invoiced. They thought they would see the car mid October.

So the question is, is there a number at Pontiac I can call to find the location of my car? I read somewhere where people have called a help line.

I sent a fax to the general manager of my dealership to see if they could inquire through the Dealer Business Center and I got no reply. grrrr

1-800-762-2737.
They will check for you and then tell you to have your Dealer call the DBC.

I know your feelings-VIN 1690 and still at the plant as of today according to the Customer service line that I just listed here.

I called the number and was given another number to call: (800)276-6842

The car is still in Delaware! Unbelievable.
