Is Car and Driver an American owned magazine?

They seem to be less than enthusiastic about the mules...

Or maybe it is just me reading into the article something that isn't there. :rolleyes

C&D is always less than enthusiastic about American made cars, and yes, they are American-owned. At least they've finally stopped awarding BMW top honors by default in every comparo :rolleyes

After reading the other reviews in the mags the car and driver one did not seem to shed the most positive light on the solstice. Hopefully they are just being cautious about raving about a car that has yet to be finalized.

The magazine said the car will have 18" wheels. I thought it will have 20".

Also I am 6'0 and 200 pounds, I hope its not going to be too cramp

20 was the concept car from 2 years ago...18" are production. Search this site or the web but understand any info from 2002 or 2003 is concept.
