3 years ago, I sold my 08 Solstice. 25 warranty visits in 24 months was all I was going to put up with. (not to mention being out of service for parts that took over a week to get...multiple times) Anyway, my girlfriend also has an 08, which has been perfect since she bought it new. (I maintain it, so I know it to be a fact.) In 5 years, she put 12,000 miles on it, and has decided to sell it. It has been so good, that I offered to buy it from her. She agreed, and we both hope it doesn't turn sour like mine did. Hope this time is the charm.

We have two 08 Sky Redlines:
Mine was in for warranty issues 37 times in the first 36 months.
But they finally got everything fixed and it has been fine since.
The wife's had one warranty issue, the stereo head unit went out.

Wow. I thought mine had problems. I traded mine in on a 2010 Camaro, and it has been perfect. A real joy to know that when I went somewhere, the car would make it! I'll keep the Camaro, and the "new" '08 will be a weekend toy. Hopefully, reliable enough to take on an occasional trip.
