This one was only a couple miles from my house so it wasn't necessary to trailer the coupe to the show. :)

Last time they had the show "Solnut" brought his GXP white coupe and we displayed two rare coupes together. One black the other white. And we tied for 2nd place in the late model class.

This year I didn't email Steve about the show so I wouldn't have to share the trophy. He found out anyway and just when I was relaxing under our tent Steve shows up. But he wasn't prepared to show his worn out daily driver coupe so I got 3rd place all to myself. (thats what happens when you drive them, they don't look new anymore.) Imagine that 2 Coupes at the same show, even if one was in spectator parking.

As rare as it is a Solstice coupe just won't beat a Magnetic Red 2013 Corvette Grandsport that belongs to my neighbor.

Still under 1800 miles,I'll post the rollover.

On the positive side, you get to actually enjoy the driving experience.
I would much rather drive my car to a show than take third place for NOT driving it.

...that is, unless you don't actually LIKE the driving experience...:yesnod:
:cryin: Driving in general or driving our Coupes? I love driving the car, we just don't seem to have much time, and we won't drive it with bad conditions. So, while I was wanting to keep it under 4k a year in mileage, we actually did under 1200 our first year.

I see them all the time. Mostly GXPs. Not that rare here.

Rob, Don't know how you can see them all the time (except maybe at events) when there are only a total of 1266, some not even in this country. Then you end up with how many by state if you divided them up evenly? not many over an entire state. If you say there are 1000 and divide that by the lower 48, you've got about 20 per state.

I'm a very keen vehicle watcher as I drive around, and I still have not seen one. I know of one in Pueblo, if that dealer is still asking $75k for it though.

IF I SEE ONE, I'll likely spin around and see if I can catch up and see if they are active here, or want to be!!!

I absolutely LOVE driving my DD....and it's NOT my coupe...
I hear ya, I still love my Bronco as I did all the custom work on the truck. I get more daily kudos on the look of the Bronco than any vehicle I've ever owned, or likely will own. But the Coupe is night and day, riding so low, the car is fast, and fun, and still get's great mileage if you keep your foot out of it. The Bronco is slow (which keeps me clean with the Police), gets poor mileage, and can haul lots of stuff. Oh, and it can clean drive right over Connie Coupe if she acts up in the garage and starts talking stuff.

People who are attending this show really have great time and a golden opportunity to see gorgeous Coupe. In the picture coupe in black color really making the view perfect and delighted. You are lucky one to participate in this show as it was conducted some miles far from your home. Good work to share the picture and information as well.
