Hey, different strokes for different folks, right?
I was just watching an episode of Bar Jack where they had a Buick Grand National with 11 miles. Those are from around '87 generally. We're keeping the miles low on our coupe, but it's not like we're not driving it, it's too fun to just sit in a garage under a cover.

If I actually had the money to be able to afford some form of car collection, I think all my vehicles would be driven occasionally.

Oh, supposedly the GNX had never seen H2O, never washed.

I know the one you're talking about. It was purchased by a bunch of Miller Brewing Company employees to sell at a later date as an investment. Welp, it's going up for auction at B-J Scottsdale this Jan, 2014. It's #482 of 547 that were built, and still has it's original window sticker on it.

Here's the link:

This car was amazing back in the day. If only it had some tech. The car was so easy to light up tires, you really could not do anything with it unless you put serious rubber in the back. It baffled us as to it's power, 3.6 motor, regardless of turbo. We had built Z28's and what not (V8's small and big block), and when my friend's dad bought one of these, the time or two I was in it and we dragged, it was amazing how powerful this car was. Very fast back in the day. Super sleeper until it became known never to line up against one unless you had something very serious.

They laid the top down in the gravel! :cryin:
Yes, VERY bad idea. The bits that contact the ground are pretty acute angles and can easily chip or scratch.

2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe. Of the 1266 coupes produced, only 130 are red. The mileage is 33399. It has the 2.4L DOHC 4 cylinder Ecotec engine. Automatic transmission, A/C, stainless steel exhaust, power rack & pinion steering and Bilstein monotube shocks. Power locks, windows and mirrors. XM satellite radio, CD player, seven Monsoon speakers and remote keyless entry. I am the original owner. This is a car that will INCREASE in value.
