planning to sell mine

I'm planning to sell my 2007 black gxp in Baltimore, Maryland. It has 34+k miles. Always garaged. Was never a daily driver. Very well taken care of. Many upgrades over 5k in value:

Any suggestion for covered (roof) car storage ? The car is currently located in Naperville. The only car storage that has a decent price I located in Rochelle Indoor & Outdoor Storage for Boats, RVs, Trailers and Cars in Illinois

I will email 2 friends who have garages
They are car guys and both rent spots
One in joliet area ones in evergreen PK area
I'm in plainfield and have a 3 car garage but my toys take up that space
The wife is always bitching that she can't park in the garage

I told her I would be willing to sell this house if we can buy a new one with a barn/pull barn
I don't care if it's a one bedroom as long as it has a big garage
