I've wondered the same thing when professional new builds cross the block and the build price is announce. The only thing I can figure out is it's the price if a customer wanted a duplicate build.

Unless you're in the business I doubt most people know the true cost of a build, and I'm sure there is a lot of behind closed doors arrangements that take place.

It is also NOT a twin turbo build. On the pictures it only shows 1 turbo.
There is certainly not 100K invested in that SKY, however at 20K was good buy to whom ever bought it.
