The planning committee is well on our way to putting together a great event for NASSM 2014 in the Poconos.
We currently have five great runs planned, of varying length and intensity. We are planning to offer runs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are also working on a track event at the Pocono Raceway, with date and other details TBD.
In order to offer so many great choices, we need YOUR HELP to make it happen.
If you are interested in participating by being a Road Captain or Sweeper for one or more runs, please respond here and let me know the following:
1 - Are you willing to Road Captain or Sweep?
2 - How many and which days would you be available? (Since the track event is not yet confirmed, please just note if you plan to participate in the track day and therefore wouldn't be available for a run that day.)
3 - Run Preferences, i.e. long versus short, cruiser vs. more challenging roads, early start versus late start, etc.
4 - Contact information, such as your real name and an email address, so that I can reach out to you individually as we compile the run assignments. (You can PM me with this info so it is not posted publically on the forum).
I will be compiling the information on all the volunteers and your preferences and will probably set up an email list for additional coordination in the future.
