Every year several members want to know information from past events.

Much of this information is buried deep in the forum or is not even posted here.

I have gathered what I could find regarding the first 3 National events and posted it here http://www.solsticeforum.com/forum/f33/previous-national-meet-statistics-71508/

If you were an organizer of one of the subsequent years, Denver 2009, Canton 2010, or Austin 2011, and can provide the information such as is listed in the thread above, please PM me that information so it can be added.

Thank you!

I would never presume to speak for my teammates; however, i will say this. We ensured we had a very high standard in terms of statistics and Ripple was the key in ensuring that happened. Every single registration and every single dime attached to that registration was accounted for. Further, no one from the team took a cent in reimbursement for ANY personal expense if not specifically approved by Ripple. For the most part, no one asked for reimbursement on any front. All was a labor of love and given freely. ALL "profit" went exactly where it was intended to go.

Frankly, Austin should be the financial model for all events (just my 2 cents).

Thanks Howie - It was just the accountant past life of mine that made me control the purse strings carefully.

I can without question provide the sponsor, donations and final donation to Texas Casa information but would need Kim to provide the number of cars by brand and total people figures to round out the 2011 stats.

I got waaaay lucky when you and Kim signed on to help out. But I'm kinda OCD as well, so maybe like attracts like. I have a bunch of records in my storage unit if Kim doesn't have the final tally.

Yowza! Great job Colorado!

Colorado forum member Dave Russell came to Texas for 2011 planning and was instrumental in helping us plan one or our runs and letting me know what to expect in general. Y'all are the bestest!

I thought it might be advantageous to put all this info from different posts and threads into one place, and I managed to get the info from Asheville which I had not seen previously published anywhere.

Code:

2006	Kansas City 100	189	7	2135
2007	Nashville 162	265	4	6572
2008	Las Vegas 108	170	10	2300
2009	Denver 125	250	19	12400
2010	Canton 203	350	8	5000
2011	Austin 136	200+	5	5500

Sadly, your statistics for the Inaugural National Meet seem to be in error. If I recall correctly, there were 99 Solstices, 1 Sky, and 1 white 2005 Miata. ;)

Momsol you will never live it down. I am STILL the black sheep with the white Miata, "Casper" the friendly ghost. The scaredest sports car ever to circle the Route 70 Speedway.

I think it's time for an update from our friends in Flagstaff.

Note: Until I get "official" numbers, I have plugged RTE's info in below.

The official program lists 125 cars registered. I heard that one or two did not plan on attending.

Counting heads on the official printed list I received it looks like 197 souls on board.

I am sure Phil will give you the real numbers but these should be close.
