Has anybody got a head unit with Nav that can be accessed with steering wheel button control? Or is there anything out there with wireless interface for buttons and Nav units (stand alone or otherwise)

I can use the steering wheel controls with my Kenwood head unit that has NAV. The NAV has voice controls as well but they are pretty well useless as the Solstice is too loud. Works great though if the car is shut down. No issues with the steering wheel controls though.
