Good find! Good looking coupes within the gallery. Toyota MR S turbo, not bad. Protostar and Toy Box Alligator made me barf, though. I thought faux Rolls Royce kit cars were a thing of the 80's, and 6 wheel excalibur, shame on somebody.

Gawd that is hot! Give me that at a good price with an easily boostable motor and I'm in. Reminds me of my dream car, the Razor.

Mazda have been selling a coupe version of the miata in their domestic market for a while, it has never been exported though. The one in that picture was a custom, one-of, retro look car built for the auto-show circuit in Asia I think. I saw it last year in one of the car mags about the various auto shows. They did say there were some rumours they may built it as a limited edition, but I can't see that happening now with the imminent arrival of the new miata. Looked damn nice though!

Looks much better than the other supposed NC pictures we've seen, but I'm not too sure that it's not just a custom one off.

I actually read a lot of official information about this car recently. I came across it while translating the www.mazda.co.jo site for RX-8 and Miata information of what the Japanese get that we don't.

Here's the official Mazda Miata Coupe website...
http://www.mazda.co.jp/customize/roadstercoupe/

There's a Type A, Type E, and Type S. They have prices and specs for them. It has a 1.6L and 1.8L engine versions.

(kW(PS)/rpm) 92(125)/6500 118(160)/7000
(Nm(kg-m)/rpm) 142(14.5)/5000 170(17.3)/5500

WOOAAAHH, whatch the language or S-Man will banish you to the MF  OK S-Man, I warned him, all taken care of...I can just picture milk shooting out of Brentil's nose :brentil:

By the time I'm done with my "Outlandish Miata Forum Troll" avatars, I'll be ready to start a comic book...guess I'll have to give royalties to Ff88 for the name :glol: So hang in there Mr. B!

That red coupe is nice. So does anybody know then if they sell them anywhere in the world? That would be an eye catcher here in the US as it would be SO RARE!
