I have looked everywhere I can think of for new headlights for my 2006 Solstice. We've tried to buff the ones we have already but they have sun damage too. Anyone know where I can get new ones?

You can seperate the clear acrylic outer shell feom the black platic base and try buffing the inside as well.
Look up black headlights on the forum there are a ton of threads on how to.
If that fails you can pick them ipbused on ebay and redline auto oarts in florida and perhaps forum member @Hoosier GXP may have a used set for sale

gm part number for clear headlights:

25932032 rh
25932031 lh

The Street Edition Headlamps ( blackened ) , appear to be part numbers: Right-25973531 and Left-25973530.

Yeah, what @HHGadget said. Heat your oven to 200-210 degF and sit them in there for 15-20mins to soften the glue. Then you can pry the clear lens off the black base. Buffing top and bottom will get rid of the yellow/green tinge, but it won't get rid of any crazing in the lens (if you have any). Still, good enough to you by for a few more years.

The only new headlights I have seen offered in on EBay from parts warehouses. I think the supply is drying up. Other forum Members could speak to parts availability better than me. I have only been around a short while. I find some suppliers brought up excess stock and are making money hand over fist as they are the only game in town. Maybe China will start making some knockoff parts that will be worth while

At times you will see them listing parts but when you go to order they are discontinued. It's hit or miss. I have been able to get some new, I hit up Hoosier GXP on the forum and check with local salvage yards if any solstice come in

Fiberglass covers held on with double sided tape and usually painted body color.

Hard to tell from the Redline Auto parts pictures that @rob the elder linked to , but i dont think it has the aftermarket eyebrow....
I 'think" the clear lens is just in dire need of a sand and polish treatment.
Also they claim it to be in "fair" cosmetic condition. Personally i would rate this as "poor but possibly repairable" That lens looks almost smoked its so hazed out.

I agree I don't see them either, but I figured I'd reply to the question of what are eyebrow covers, even though I call them headlight covers. (y)

Yeah, "headlight covers" reminded me of the young lad that posted here that he'd tinted his headlights and they were too dim. Asked for advice on how to change that. lol
