Is that a T2 edition? Nice  I've seen you on CSS.net, but I may have missed your intro thread there. Welcome. That's an extensive mod list you have there. Why do you have a LSJ supercharger?

Maybe he will be the first to have a dual compound set up supercharger/turbo setup. Be interesting to see it set up. Only seen this on a few diesels.

I like the truck in that second pic, is that yours too?
The only thing I would change is to can the K&N air filter for a dry one, nice set of mods you have and I bet that is a fun car to drive. What's it put down, about 400rwhp?

Twincharged setups were slightly popular in 2005/06 with the Cobalt SS/SC because people wanted to keep their superchargers for whatever reason, but still wanted the bigger power of a turbo. Nobody runs those setups anymore because tuning them was too hard, and they didn't make anywhere near the power they should have  Idk how diesels do it. If you're ever bored and curious, google "twincharged SITE:cobaltss.net" and you should stumble across a few build threads about it.

Thanks for the link. I didn't know some did this with the Cobalt.

Spent a week in Hawaii during a training exercise while I was active Navy. Did a little scuba diving there it was great. I am a FC myself served onboard USS Rodney M Davis FFG 60.

the lsj supercharger is for annother car, ive got 3 ecotec powered cars on the island and 2 more back home, the supercharger is for an l61 cavalier, im planning a 2.3 build for that. i have thought about the idea of a twin charge setup but the benifits are not worth it, dont count me out tho, maybe someday, i think its a better idea than that twin turbo setup that guy lipstick is doing on his redline, im planning a forged motor 6 speed swap and a big borg warner twin scroll, the goal is to have the highest hp solstice to include the v8 swapped ones.

When Mallett was still in Ohio, I saw a twin turbo LS powered yellow Solstice with Utah plates putting out just over 1000 hp at their shop. They were detuning it to 750 hp as requested by the owner. The turbos were mounted in the rear.

Go for it, although sky has a better chance. I wanted to get a twin scroll 6758, but, they are not available. My goal was going to be 600 BHP, 510 WHP.

Whats a GM PERFORMANCE Intake manifold.

I have direct information on a 460 WHP Solstice and a 600 WHP Sol. In my opinion, the 460 car is at the upper limits of power that is still streetable. I would give the car to grandma to drive and she would be fine. If I turn off the TC it will burn the tires off. If I turn off the stability control it will be unsafe at any speed. :grouphug:
