Put new spark plugs in my 2007 solstice 2.4 used AC Delco the 103 now when I start it up I get a hissing sound like a vacuum line or air line. Didn't touch anything but spark plugs. Any thoughts.

My first thought is that you actually did touch something you didn't intend to, and either broke it or knocked it loose.

Try a length of tubing, like fuel line, one end in your ear, and point it around the engine. It should lead you to the source of the sound.

is it a steady or pulsating hiss?
Any dash warning lights?
Does the car run OK other than the hiss?

Can't think of anything close to the plugs that might be loose and causing a hiss except maybe the air intake plenum or maybe a loose oil filler cap or (just a wild guess) maybe a loose plug, or maybe the short hose from the valve cover to the intake plenum.

Bill.
