If you are planning to attend NASSM 2014 and you haven't booked a room yet, please private message me with your real name, the number of people in your party and your anticipated date of arrival.

If you are traveling in a group, I will need to know how many cars are in your caravan, the name of the driver of each car and whether there's a co-pilot.

I would like to get a reasonable count so I can negotiate how many rooms will be required.

HI! I registered for the event yesterday and reserved a room at one of the alternate hotels, however I would much rather prefer to be at the Bushkill location.
I had pm'd you a month ago after you posted the above message. Does this mean that I might be on a waiting list for the original hotel? If not, do you know the 'routine' for getting on such a list?

tomshadow, those who messaged me when I posted this thread, and who have since registered for our event, will be given preference if rooms at the Bushkill become available.

The Bushkill Inn oversold rooms against our group block. After many months of emails and phone calls, the bottom line is that there are no rooms available for people on the overflow list. If anyone wishes to be close to the hotel, you can book at the Fernwood Treetop Villas at a comparable rate. Treetop is 4 miles down the road and less than five minutes away from Bushkill.
